Like I said you were not there. Its easy to criticise, bcoz you
were not there.
Mr Fugue could have seen the old man about 10 to 15 metres away,
and there is no way Mr Fugue could have rush to him to
assist.
And you said..."most probably my 1st reaction wld b to kind of like
prepare to rush over 2 help him to get up". You also think it is
most probably, not definitely.
Mr Fugue said the old man managed to balance himself, it is only
the sense of relief comes in that he did not fall, and then the
sense of humour comes in after that. Mr Fugue said it was funny,
not that he laughes atthe old man.
I am very sure if Mr Fugue sees this old man fall, he will render
him aid immediately, just like any Singaporean.
