Glen999 SG this is not true. your own HDB/condo cannot be your asset becasue it drains money out of your pocket. If you really want to call it an asset, better call it a negative asset. And you must have none or less negative asset. (positive asset is asset that will generate money for u). Therefore, singaporeans feel poor because singaporeans are poor in asset and cash. Rich in asset is just a propanganda to make us feel good!!!
