sinicker SG

heh. marks & spencer too ex for me. Confused

Mr Soh SG

Did u know that the owner of Mustafa is a millionaire businessman? He had opened shoppping malls in other countries too. They say he arrived in Singapore in the ‘50s with nothing and made himself successful as the story goes : From rags to riches

Mr Soh SG

Mustafa sells imported goods. I had bought imported Maggi mee noodles (Saudi/India produced) in their place. .The noodles are more thicker with ingredients and the soup is natural with no MSG. Flavour range is also different......

And imported Pet bottle coke strangely taste better than local produced..When u pour it in a glass , u get the bubbles inside the drink sparkling and not the foam u get with local coke.......less sugar used too....

sbst275 SG

Me dun go Mustafa much even when it went 24 hrs

Mr Soh SG

FYI u can get some goods there normally not seen in S'pore.

Imported chocolates like Nestle FYI can find in singapore too but they taste kind of different when u buy the same from other countries...

BrUtUs SG

erm tink u better go do research... Laughing

Mr Soh SG

Why is it 24 hrs ,,
According to my colleague, FYI Mustafa has contacts with rich foreign Saudi businessmen and expats.
When they transit in Singapore they go to Mustafa to do shopping

sinicker SG

yup, some SIA stewards/stewardessess cross over to Emirates or Saudi Arabian Airlines one..

ditzy SG

You know what the salary for emirates cabin crew is like? Even I'm tempted. Laughing But the high renumeration comes with its compromises.

BA also not bad, they pay you in pounds.

Mr Soh SG

Saudi are rich nation...heard of singapreans who got jobs in Dubai and their pay is very good...They are given car and house free of charge...When u contrast their pay to that of us, Singapore a cut throat island....low wages and long working hours. Crying or Very sad

ditzy SG

Dubai don't serve char kway teow anytime of the day nor fei fei wanton mee. Laughing

I am content only when both my heart and stomach are satisfied. No 1/2 1/2.

Mr Soh SG

Dont be idiot, dumb singaporeans who return back here fr a plate of char kway teow mirror yr thinking...When u can become richert han u ever be being here, just ignore everything....at least for a while...If i had the chance to go there, i will...than stay here to rot serving reservist...

Mr Soh SG

Laughing Dont be char kway teow, oppotunity knocks only once

sinicker SG

if u go Dubai, get rich. open ur own char kway teow shop lah!

ditzy SG

Go apply for position of emirates stewart, they hold auditions at the copthorne riverfront hotel on saturdays. Check the classified ads for details. Laughing

As a cabin crew of emirates, you might be bonded for at least a year and stay in dubai. Everything provided, come back singapore perhaps only once a month and you have to ballot for slots.

Mr Soh SG

well said.
