"Are softhearted being deemed as a virtue or a weakness?"
What softhearted ? To whom ? It is a weakness to be softhearted to
NKF , of coz it is a virtue to be softhearted to your Husband, or
family.
It is not a very good leadership trait. Because you need to hunt to
return with the animal to feed the family with. You cannot be
softhearted when you have to kill the fish to descale it before
cooking.
