Is there any pain on bending down with your knees straight? If
there is, it is most likely a slipped disc (this often happens in
between 20-30 years old). This is self limiting and 90% of people
suffering from this illness will be fine after 1-2 weeks of rest
and analgesics.
If the pain persist, it may be a postural problem. Change your
posture according to your working environment. Sit up straight on a
chair and don't hunch forwards or lift up your legs and put it on
the table. Stretching and standing up for a few minutes will help.
Don't put a cushion, as it is soft and allows you to give up the
straight position you will maintain hence deviating your attention
to a relaxing position.
If it goes away with activity and comes with rest, this condition
is probably inflammatory and you would like to access for symptoms
of blurring of vision, shortness of breath, pain over the heels and
pain over the buttocks.
