after 2011, the car cannot be used unless u cont to renew the
COE.
There is no scrap values for cars after 10 years.
U must check what is the mileage for this car. Most parts of the
car must be changed after certain mileage, such as the timing belt,
spark plug etc.
U should also check the serving records; what parts has been
changed and what has not.
Lastly, send to VICOM or AAS to have it certified. If the
certification is within 3 months of the sales date, then should be
ok. If not, have it send to VICOM or AAS again. They charge about
80 ~ $120.
