my friend's friend
has just discussed with Someone about adopting a child. The child
is that Someone's niece. Apparently, the kid's parents are going
thru a rocky marriage. The father is seeing another girl and the
mother always goes out.
Due to lack of good care and love, the child is having hearing
problem from one ear. I think the child also having eye problem,
cuz she is only 2 years old and already wearing glasses.
So my question is: if my friend's friend were to adopt this child,
other than time and money, what other things she needs to
consider?
What is the necessary paperwork (if any) to be done to adopt a
child?
