Note:
The wallpaper was downloaded, could be done by photoshop but i'm plain lazy. I created the icons and cursors myself. The pink Haro(the toy Lacus brings around) near the middle of the screen is the cursor(not in actual size)
I did the sounds too.

U created the icons from scratch or U converted them from 1 format to ico format?

i dun literally draw them if thats what you mean.

I took screenshots from the video, use photoshop to cut out what i want, did some editing and shrink them to 48x48 and save them as .bmp file which works too or if u wan u can convert them to .ico. I use an animator program to make animated icons and animated cursor.

then how U make it into a theme?
Is there a program to combine wallpapers,cursors,sounds into a Windows theme?

You can save your theme under properties and it will generate out a window theme file but its quite useless.

If you mean the file where you click it and it install the theme on your com, well i don't know how to do that yet, if you find out how to, do drop me a message.
