“alcohol 120%” is actually a popular software tat can handle the creation of virtual CD and DVD-ROMs, allowing the user to play discs without needing the physical disc.

ditzy SG

Alcohol is an app that let's you virtually mount the cd into your hdd, so you play the game straight from your hdd. Who needs a PS2? Laughing

Xcert SG

wouldnt that be making ur HDD work harder than usual?

ditzy SG

Last time I checked, running from a cd-rom drive makes both cd-rom drive and HDD work equally hard. Laughing

depends, sum game wan ur oringinal disc in ur cd rom drive just to check check.. others actually load data from it.
