dun take proactiv...later become like my fren's face...at first she only got a few pimples...take liao, looks like she have 50 pimples everyday... Shocked

Yah but thats one of the best alternatives liao loh.. maybe drink lots of water after medication....

But if it's not that serious.. ocassionally suffer from a few pimples... maybe get some good creams or something? Don't need to resort to oral medication..

I still think the best way is to just cleanse your face everyday with some not-so-strong cleanser…for instance i use neutrogena cleanser…then just wash with warm water…and I think what you eat is also important…

Only one word: Roaccutane. Very powerful antibiotic only available thru prescription. Unfinished medication must be returned. Not cheap, close to 200 bucks for a month’s supply. Side effects more inherent in older ladies.

then later ppl say use this Epiderm Microdermabraison...better and cheaper than Roaccutane. But I dont think u can find it in Sin..maybe only Roaccutane.

try to avoid antibiotics...taking too much n yr immune system will be immune to the antibiotics...

I'm taking blackmores skin support tablets... not bad... i've been taking it for few years, since i'm more prone to acne as i work late nyts, sleeping everyday at around 4am and wakes at 9am... but u must make sure u take regularly la... no point u got acne dan take, that'd b too late le...

and try quit eating pork... pork is not gud for skin actually... i quitted few months ago and my skin really improved... u try cutting down on pork intake and see the results urself...

go see skin specialist first…rather than end up spending more trying diff products which will worsen your skin condition.

roaccutane is only available for selected few. Some people can develop adverse side reactions to it, some people cant afford it.
