I think their target is the Australians, because the places bombed
mainly have Australians, British people (in all --
foreigners.)
But then, no cars, no big bombs. Small bombs still can kill, but
casualties not that big.
To the Terrorists, get a life. Losing 100-0 in CS does not mean
