Actually, the pay aside, if there's no enjoyment working in the
company (eg. hate the policy, disorganized, f-ed up colleagues, too
much workload), then quit, chances are, you wont last long/climb
far in this kind of environment.
Have you handed in your resignation already? People around you do
show their true colors when they know you're about to quit, give
half-assed pieces of work...attitude problem..etc.
