FYI, to buy flat, you need a family nucleus. If you are buying
as a single you have to be 35 or older. At 25, sorry you cannot buy
without a spouse.
First-time buyer (with spouse) of RESALE HDB flat gets grant -
Either $30K OR $40K
You get $40K if you buy a flat that's within 2 km from your parents
or in the same town
Otherwise, you only get $30K.
As a first-time Single buyer (must be >35 yrs old), you get only
$11,000 grant
However, you have to fulfill the first criteria on either getting a
spouse or >35 yrs old before you can buy flat and get
grant.
