knee injury

hi. here to get some answer. i got a persistence knee injury think started from pri sch. went for x-ray recently, but he say nth wrong.

Today after AHM run, i find it a pain to straighten my knee until now.

any advive?

Try acupuncture if it works.

if yes, they have ruled out PFPS already?
