Our company policy is that annual leave cannot be converted to
pay. Unless when we quit company then can convert.
The good thing is that if my annual leave cannot clear finish it
will be written secretly somewhere so i can clear.
But the leave system is so inflexible. Where on earth in 6
months cannot even clear one day of leave? even if that day i very
free got nothing to do and i wanna clear also cannot.
