It will take quite a step to homogenise various employment +
trade/union legislations to make it work. There are many of us who
are slowly and eventually championing it for all you ladies out
there. =D
Currently there is no such priority, it will take more than just
drafting and research... it will take political will and awareness!
Women votes anyone ? U political parties out there know what to do.
