UK bans 'misleading' L'Oreal ads for using Photoshop
I quote the article:
L'Oreal, the world's defended the adverts, saying that they
accurately showed the results the products could achieve.
It admitted post-production techniques had been used on the
picture of Turlington to "lighten the skin, clean up
make-up, reduce dark shadows and shading around the eyes, smooth
the lips and darken the eyebrows".
Gosh, L'Oreal..... isn't THE WHOLE POINT of your products to
lighten skin, clean up make-up, reduce dark shadows, add eyeshadow,
smoothen the lips, and darken the eyebrows? Still need Photoshop,
ah?
