With 1 week left to mugging again, I dusted my Richard Burns CD
and tried to re-learn the scandinavian flick and power
drifting.
After so many years, I still cannot figure out how to do the car
set-up and the suspension is always either too soft or
hard.
I usually go for stiffer spring rates on the fast rallies like
USA, Finland and Australia. You can make the gear ratios
longer for these too but you have to shift down manually if the
revs are too low. Make it a bit softer at the rear if
you're often oversteering. I haven't played for a long time
though and I don't think I'll go back to it unless I get a steering
wheel and pedal set-up.
