Hi all ! I am staying ard woodlands area. Any advice which taxi company should i join? If possible, I would like to have some informations about the benefits/ incentives/ average daily taxi bookings/ rental rates/ overall services for taxi companies. Thanks in advance!

If you are looking for cheap rental, you can try Prime. Heard they have changed some policies. Now quite affordable.

I think both taxis and Phv needs at least 2 years licence before able to apply

The key word in Cdg is "Comfort" Which means, comfortable to operate and driving, however, rental prices seem not so comfortable. As for meter, only ERP auto, surcharges only peak period 25% and midnight 50% and on call are auto, other like city/airport/expo/private booking you key in yourself

Sorry hor, LTA today will only answer PHV drivers, for Taxi drivers, they will ask you to refer to your taxi companies.
