The best sit is always the original car seat, and the best way
to drive is after 3 hrs, come out and walk abit, stretch stretch,
do your toileting or whatsoever, but dun PCC,
after shift over, go for a some light exercise, it help to energize
you and at the same time, make you healthier and happier.
If you use supplementary products to extend your capacity, in a
long run, it is no good, as the need become an addict and with it,
you work/drive longer and it will add stress and weakness in you.
