1) Turn the company clock slower, so that you can get the worker
to knock off later and thus to work extra unknowingly.
2) Determine a unrealistic deadline for projects, so that ur worker
will need to work OT to achieve it (for staffs that u dun need to
pay OT of course).
3) Hire contract staffs, so that u can save on CPF above the
law.
4) State only the main things in a contract and leave out the minor
things, before sending it for tender. So that u can get a cheaper
bid.
5) Always appear worried and claimed the company isn't doing well
to save on the year end bonus n AWS.
6) Send company directive to cut down all forms of breaks,
including toilet breaks.
7) Use pirated sotfware as much as possible, without getting
caught, of course.
8 ) Always give the chio bus in the company extra care n attention,
so that u can get intimate with her free of charge. Thus saving the
extra money u need for a mistress.
9) Backstab a worker or create runours so that he will resign, thus
you save on retrenchment benefits or extra one month.
10) If any of the above sounds difficult. Just remember that u have
to feed your C's every month.
