SEDS is a support group for persons who have suffered, or are
suffering from an Eating Disorder. The group meets once a month.
Friends and family of sufferers are also welcome to attend. Contact
SAMH Insight Centre at 1800-2837019 for more information on the
support group.
Remember, Eating Disorders can be life-threatening. Don't hesitate
to come for help, or to bring your relative or friend to seek
professional help
