hi people i am having a computer reboot problem here
i am using a 1 year old HP m7390d PC
i have just re installed my OS by system restore, due to a media
center problem
however, upon trying to boot into the desktop, the PC oly manages
to stay there for a minute, then it *clacks* loudly, and restarts
itself.
this is not the first time i have encountered this problem, when i
first bought the pc, it had this problem, and a hp technician had
to come down and fix it.
after that, it worked fine, but after today's system restore, it
had the problem again
from what i gathered last time, the problem is due to a piece of
info not present, or a missing patch.
any help here would be appreciated thank you very much
