no, ur wrong brudder. the small 1 spins 1st as it takes less
exhaust gases to spin. when there is lots of exhaust, the bigger 1
takes over. but the bad thing abt this is that it adds alot of
weight to the car. sum ppl use lighter turbines to make its spin
faster...
