To claim from the Malaysian Waja, according to my insurance
company, I need to hire a lawyer for this. Then I also need witness
and proof, if I failed in claiming, I need to pay the lawyer
somemore. And the whole process might take up to 3 years to
complete for most cases, might as well settle with the market value
claimed and forget about it. Furthermore you only get the other
party to pay for your lawyer fee and compesation for your “carless”
period.
