Again, if you are not overtaking, and the second lane is clear,
why are you hogging the first?
I was quite surprised that even in Thailand, in a one lane road,
slower traffic, going at the speed limit will still give way. Since
it is a one-way road, they filter a little to the road shoulder to
make it easier for the faster vehicle behind to overtake.
Here, with an OPEN SECOND LANE, still people feel the need to
hog.
