When you start a new thread, eg. for a new period of a year,
please start it only when you have things to post that are relevant
to the new period, or it will result in the locking of the thread.
As much as we would not like to lock threads, we appreciate that
everyone would follow to this accordingly.
Lastly, on behalf of all the admins and moderators of the train
