Foot Note as referencing?

Hi guys, can i know if i can use Foot notes to show some of my referencing for my assignment?

Are those words counted in the word count of the project?
Anyone has a way to do it? Havard Referencing?

My project is restricted to 3k words, and i'm going to go over the 3k limit. That's why i'm figuring out a way to aviod too much of in-text referencing which is included in the word counts~

Footnotes are not counted in the number of words. I think they are usually used for Arts and law essays, for business ones, it is usually harvard.

yah~ i think i dun find foot notes in Harvard referencing... and the bad thing is... harvard referencing adopted alot of in-text referencing... its giving alot of problem... Sad

Exceed by alot? is there a limit to how much you can exceed, or cannot exceed at all?

max is 3k words wor~ now i already exceed abit le, still trying my best to throw some things into my appendix but got problem doing that, so i even thinking of ways to save up words from referencing... Sad

what I used to do when this happens was not to include the references as the actual words in my essay.
