[email protected] SG cool! I've made some interesting european dishes b4. show u some. Bratwurst und Sauerkraut Butter Fried Mushrooms Pasta Alfredo Mediterranean Pasta Alfredo (too much sauce, not enuf pasta. pls forgive... ) A couple of random fish dishes... Pan Grilled Butterherb Cod with Orange Sauce & Grilled Mushrooms & Peppers (Once again, too much sauce. My common mistake ) Some random Pan-fried codfish with Mussels with Rouille Sauce, Fried Mushrooms & Peppers. (Mussels look drowned in sauce...) And finally, last but not least... Bouillabaisse!!! (Looks nothing like what u'd find in Provence unfortunately. Can only say the Rouille is authentic. Bought from Monoprix in Marseille ) And thats all. I made butterherb grilled pork chops for dinner just now. as u can see butterherb grilling is prob my fav way of cooking. Im just an amatuer at cooking so they dun look very good unfortunately.
littlestream SG Wow! [email protected] am impressed!!! With a capital I. Your fish meal looks good. My kind of food, actually!!! Well, looking forward to more pictures. And hopefully, our Mod aka Ben1406 will share some of the recipes that he learnt from his culinary classes. Good for you......way to go!!!
Meia Gisborn SG Ack! With all the images of the delicious dishes presented in this thread thus far, I guess this bowl of sphagetti with homemade meat sauce pales in comparison: (It is rather tasty, though. )
littlestream SG Aiyoh!!!! How did I missed [email protected]'s prawn noodles????? Wow! *droolsssssss...........* Looks delicious, [email protected]
littlestream SG * stretchs hands with a plate * Hi MG : can I have one please? Wah lau eh, you can cook ah?? Looks good. Is that your dinner for tonight? Then, I really need to tau pau. I don't suppose you cook for one is it?
Meia Gisborn SG Believe it or not, my cooking skills occasionally extend beyond just being able to program the microwave. No, that sphagetti was my dinner a few nights ago, and it feeds one (i.e., me!). Boiling the pasta is easy enough; it's assembling the ingredients for the homemade meat sauce that takes a wee bit more time.
