well, it's day 3 today and strangely, it didn't feel that sore.
i mean, i still do the same stuff, and in fact, snack less
and i take my lunch
hour off to the mall. the van is going to wal-mart today so i guess
more shopping.
yesterday, the van went to bulk barn and i got some serious stuff
for baking. 
well, u know, soon
enough the festive season will be here and i wanna bake this
year.
but going to the mall daily, while giving me the light exercise
will make a hole in the pocket. when i stayed home, i spent less.
