Usually it is played by a group of people sitting around in a
circle. The leader of the game will put a pen on the floor, and
then spin it. The tip of the pen that points to a particular person
will decide who will be questioned or challenged...
If for example, A is the one being pointed after the spin, he will
have to choose between Truth or Dare...
If he chooses Truth, he will have to answer 1 question and must
answer truthfully, sincerely and honestly.
If he chooses Dare, he will have to do something like the Fear
Factor, something beyond your wildest imagination.
It's quite a fun game, until if of course, some individual in the
group decides to do something silly
