well..spf has never used any honda cities as their patrol
vehicles. if u ever take a closer look to the police vehicles like
mitsubishi lancer, u'll notice that they aren't fit for humans! the
cushions & fabrics are already torned & the car
smells...sucks.
also for volvo that tp uses, it's already quite a fast car since
it's an S40 T4. anyway, how fast do u need? it doesn't have to
catch up with those gt-rs, evos or wrxs. so long as they take down
ur vehicle number, that is enough for them to summon u. haha, so y
bother to risk their own lives by going neck-to-neck at 150km/hr
with these vehicles?
