Ya, I agree with pqr. Cityspeed is much cheaper than NTUC or
Whizzcar in terms of first time application, the rates and packages
too. Also the timing provides more flexibility
For example:
Cityspeed Night Package: 7pm to 8am
NTUC / Whizzcar Night Package: 9pm to 6am
Come on, do you want to collect the car at 9pm for an evening
function, which by the time you collected the car, the function is
almost over or at least halfway through already. Of course you can
collect the car at 7pm by combining hourly and package rate, but
that will mean incurring more cost for you as you will be charged
both the hourly and package rate.
Then the other thing is that do you want to return the car at 6am
or 8am in the morning?
The timing set by cityspeed, in my opinion, offers more
flexibility.
Just one thing about cityspeed is that they have only one MPV
available and the charges for MPV is surprisingly high
