Most
" normal " roads WITHOUT road limit signs is 60
km/h !
Expressway is limit at 90km/h , can still go not above +20 km/h
when over-taking ! Camera don't shoot at 110km/h , they only will
take those cars cruising at say above 111 km/h , i.e to say , 21
km/h above road limits ! And that is 6 points demerit and $180 fine
! 
Expressway , like the bends at SLE toward CTE , or opposite side
near Yio Chu Kang exit , is those few expressway , that only
allowed 80 km/h , 'cos it's a bend ! That is a hot spot for BMW's
to track you down ! 
They usually hide under the bridges , and
once they detect vehicle cruising at above 101 km/h , that's it
!
