There's no smoke without fire. There's a good reason why this
(seemingly comical and cartoonish) particular image is haunting,
disturbing and impactful (especially for the psychically
intuitive).

Cattle mutilation (also known as bovine excision) is the
killing and mutilation of cattle under unusual, usually bloodless
and anomalous circumstances. Worldwide, there have been many sheep,
horses, goats, pigs, rabbits, cats, dogs, deer and elk reported to
have been found mutilated with similar bloodless excisions, often
an ear, eyeball, jaw flesh, tongue, genitals and rectum are
removed.
“First, I thought the cow had died naturally, and then I got
closer to it and I could see it wasn’t natural at all,” he said.
“The eyes were gone, the tongue was gone. The ears were gone. The
sex organs were cut out. It was kind of freaky.”
There are other extraordinary aspects to the mutilations as
well : The animals are always cut with surgical precision, like
with a laser, and there has never been a trace of blood around the
animals, or the missing body parts strung about, ruling out natural
predators or causes.
