I was reading something about cold war then I came across
project MK-ultra.
MK-ultra is extremely digusting and shocking thing ever done.
The thing that made it worse that it was tested on civilians: not
POWs, not enemies. It only meant that it can happen to anyone,
including you: if you are unlucky enough to be at the same place
and the wrong time
