1) Hear wind sound from window (lousy insulation)
I do not have this problem, except if you travel at real high
speed. BTW what is the speed you are making reference with? So that
we can have an apple to apple comparsion.
2) noisy engine (lousy mounting)
I do not think so unless you bring the rev's to above 3k. if you
compare the ALTIS engine to other 1.6 makes, i think the ALTIS
engine is one of the quieter already. BTW engine mountings has
nothing to do with noise, most like will only introduce lots of
vibrations.
3) braking got sound from brake disc.
what sort of sound is this? i know that if i do sudden braking, the
rear brakes will have a "sqwakin" sort of sound.
4) vibration on high speed (150km/h)
cannot comment as i have yet to travel at such a speed.
5) water vapour in head lamp (like very common)
most likely its a subcontractor manufacturing process control gone
"kaput". do not be suprised that Toyota Thailand is aware of the
problem but choose not to do a recall as the problem is not a life
threatening issue and the cost involved in a recall is too $$$ as
opposed to customers going back for warranty claims.
Btw, how you guys rate Altis over nissan sunny?
I personally have no preference for a nissan vehicle. (No offence
intended)
