er for the romeo fight, both of them throws up a buff on
themselves and a key factor to the fight is keeping detect magic up
and dispelling/spellstealing their buffs. they do this in an
interval of more than 8 seconds, which means a warlock can
singlehandedly dispel the buffs with a felhunter. romeo himself
doesnt hit all that hard, about 2k on tanks, but if his self-buff
is not dispelled he hits VERY fast.
juliet is the same, detect magic and have the mage spellsteal her
buff, and have 1 rogue time kicks when she try to heal.
it sounds like you made it to phase 3? having a pally OT juliet
shouldnt be a problem since she doesnt melee that hard. as long as
the 2 dispellers are on the ball your tanks shouldnt be dying from
melee attacks. oh, having a bossmod like Bigwigs help too as it
announces to the raid everytime they cast the buff on
themself.
this encounter doesnt require flasking yet, it's more of a
"control" fight, better save your flasks for Curator and Shade of
Aran. those 2 are a gearcheck cockblock.
