this is a never ending comparison ...

in terms of Stock i think both is quite on par with each other, Other then the price tag

in terms of modification ... i think Sunny is one level up then Lancer (new) because of less electronics . Wink

The pick up speed and the top speed is because of the gear ratios ... Sunny pick up sux but have good top speed and lancer have good pickup but sux at top speed ... dun we have a balance in between? Idea

ya... crap auto tranny i guess... my toyota only had that problem after 10 yrs.

my right side brake sometimes got those knocking sound when u depress the brake pedal too.

at 170km/h, the engine sounds noisy is normal... plus the variable valve is on high mode

My sunny 4 weeks old onlie getting 10km/l…. sianz… very sianz….. but otherwise handling vellie the good (in my opinion ah)

How come ? nissan is second best selling brand and it is from Japan. why the poor FC ? I thought only Korean car has this problem. Unless this people reduce the price of nissan but took out some components Confused .

Skyline has 2 types .... RB26Dett or the VQ26Dett

Silvia is using the SR20Dett to the SR26Dett

The new sunny's comes with CVTC

my fathar car (2002 Sunny) sumtime when break oso got sound ...after went for service the ppl sae dun hab such a problem...my father oso complaint that the FC is beri high...but i still like the car ....it is easily to drive around 120km/h...today my father "sunny" is 3 year old liao ...he is going to sell liao =(

Sad I bought a new 2004 Nissan Sunny EX1.6 Auto just a month ago. Experience exceptional high FC... From Full to Empty (fuel indicator on) only clocks average 270km. Base on top-up fuel amount from Empty to Full of 38 litres. This is only around 7.3Km per litre. Sent to workshop, they are not able to solve the high FC problem... The service manager told me he received a few compliants on high FC also. This is real bad! Anyone have the same experience?

U not the only one. I got mine last mth as well, but my FC not tat bad ah. 1st week 10km/l. Still trying out my 2nd mth of driving my sunnie and a week after my 1st servicing. should be slightly better FC after the running in period. If reach 12km/l i happie liao ler.
