It is just a gentle reminder for da safety of
everybody including urself.. Later one day if it really happens and
SMRT did not play this announcement, y'all will start blaming SMRT
for not informing da public and everything.. It's not like it's
sooo loud, it just blast in ya face.. I dun think it can even
affect da nap ure taking on da train.. Since travelling underground
tunnel is way louder than those reminders, so y not just bear with
it? 
And if Singaporeans stop eating and drinking and keep standing on
or over da yellow line, they wouldn't keep playing it over and over
again..
Just my thoughts.. And I never hear da Jack Neo one though..
