if the min wage or meridan or max wage keep moving upwards,
might as well forget about it, it is same as flexible wage system
base on performances and economic outlook, if this is the case, we
should be more focus on wages increases and the min max ratio to be
reduce. For eg, civil servant, a mere basic adminstration
staff starting pay gets $1500 per mth whereas a
Minister starting gets $1.5 millions per year, that is a
big ration between them, so inorder to reduce this ration, increase
the lower basic and decrease the higher basic to a 1:5 ratio, which
was recommended by the wage council of singapore, meaning that if
the lower staff get 1k, the highest should get only 5k.
1.5k against 1.5millions is hell of a lot in term of ratio. OMG,
that is the way we go into wage settlement, not to mention about
max, min or meridan all those nonsense, Argue on the ratio.
