At first,I thought to let you think your argument is right and
not to refute it.
According to u,deterrent is the most important factor of all.So
death penalty can be used on all crimes.
Case by Case basis, if a rape causes someone death, then it can be
a death sentence, and if proven that smuggling of drugs was not
his/her intention but somehow been sabotaged, then the court may
rule out of death sentence.
The laws is stern for one reason, and that is prevention, which
is alway better than cure.
