if hdb price becomes very public housing price, then some
may complain cannot profit from resale eg. the richer or
opportunistic ones (who's not ?heee hee).
but i would think that savings from a flat can go a long way.
this savings can make the 85% able to afford things like 1st class
education, retirement , medical fees, world tour etc.
If COE is scrapped the savings also can go a long way, like use
it to top up for a green car or even invest it in shares
or give to charities.
Savings is savings from interest you pay and pay also.
In conclusion, scrapping COE and lowering HDB pricing gives us
more money to Grow money and not the other way round. the naive
will think that they cannot profit from resale, unaware that they
will need to pay and pay prolly another expensive flat to have a
roof over their heads if they resell.
what?? my nearly 2 years old BM bought at 102k can now sell for
128k or more.
My condo bought at $800,000 can now go for $1000000 or
more...why lower COE and HDB, in fact, its help us to growth
faster lor..
