small country with an iron fist and rules out democracy

So what's DEMOCRACY anyway???

straight, this award is not given by the US government or even a
major US institution.
It is given by the council
of US businesses in ASEAN.
It is American businessmen
doing business in ASEAN licking the ass of the cursed despot with a
zombie wife.
