You need to go do more research lah. You are like a frog in the
well leh.
There are lots of people applying for jobs in bank because of
the good pay and benefits.
The pay is depending on your qualification and experience. The
job that I am doing requires special skills and its not easy to
employ foreigners to do it.
I feel like talking to a 3 year old boy and ehaving to educate
him about the employment market
last i heard, banks are being squeezed too.... but if you say you
have special skills that only you have... i take it at face value
that you are telling the truth....
but if you say that there are lots of poeple applying for jobs
and all they can offer you is a contract position.... hmmm, it does
say a lot about your (ahem) qualification... maybe your special
skills may not be so special after all....
.....but, you have chosen to work for an SME with an absolutely
oppressive clause.... well, your choice... but it does seem rather
stupid to me...
if your skill sets are so good, you should the contract job at
the bank and see if it leads to a full time employment.... again,
if you are THAT GOOD...
