Job Description
Efficiently manage projects including business requirements,
project planning, implementation, monitor and control, risk
handling, project roll-out to ensure a streamlined process
Give professional guidance and appropriate support to project
teams during implementation and support phrase of projects and the
final validation
Supervises, direct and motivates the project team during
planning, estimating, design, installation, start-up,
commissioning, turn over and warranty of assigned projects.
Follows up with appropriate management to assure understanding
and satisfaction of job scope. Take responsibility of quality of
the project by guaranteeing all project functions are flawless and
validating delivery of the project meticulously, ensuring smooth
project go-live
Communicate with customer effectively and promptly in kick-off
meeting, specifications validation, follow-up meetings, UAT
validation to meet clients' needs
Give sufficient support to customers to meet customers
satisfaction by answering customers inquires through phone call
and/or email, resolving matters and complaints
Continuous leaming of new technology in the security and surveillance and
sharing of new latest technology update with management
