You insisted on calling others
slanderers, are you not the worse slanderers when you without any
conscience chooses to slander CSJ for defending freedoms against
wrongful suing of citizens over remarks exchanged in the course of
electioneering.
That's the problem with you. You tend to generalize
everything and in your delusions, you label it in your high horse
mounting immoralism.
I make no slander against him over what he did not do. He had
done much, and most of it that is self created and detrimental to
one who seeks high office.
What freedoms are he defending? FREEDOM TO SLANDER THE
INNOCENTS? Thus, look at yourself! You yourself am worse than CSJ,
at least he openly challenged innocents but you do it here hiding
in annonymity, and you DARE insult me?
I do not have a moral high horse
to sit on. He is uneasy who wears the crown. So you should not
question my morality but instead ask whoever in charge of
regulations of NKF to answer to those points alleged in CSJ
website. He has the prima facie and those prima facie are in the
regulatory authority office or parliamentary gazette.
If we go by the rule of laws, laws
must be fair and just with rules of evidences applied without such
biases. Answer to the most important and crucial point in the whole
issue - are the rules of evidence such as right of accused to fair
comments and public interests applied by the judge in this latest
defamation suit?
Fair or unfair comments? What the hell happened to prima
facie?
As I have said the whole of NKF
wrong doings were discussed in parliaments and up till now the
Health Regulatory Authority or Minister remained unaccountable for
those negligence or mistakes committed. Do we have an independent
judiciary after what has been found in Devan Nair suits which he
won in Canada ? Unless you are blind you should be able to see the
prima facie in all the records on NKF parliamentary
reports.
Will NKF wrongdoings as unearthed
in the SPH/NKF not something which should have been prevented by
the respective Health Regulatory Authority in the first
place.
SPH/NKF is a different issue. MM Lee did not sue SPH or
NKF, or did they slander against MM Lee or the govt. Are you
blind?
In a political defamation suits
heard by judges appointed by or with the consent of the government
which judges dare to give a verdict against the power that be?
Irrelevant or relevant is not the main issue here?
If the Minister-in-charge has
taken action to stop such wrongful practices would CSJ be
criticizing the government in the way he has published this case as
caused by or attributable to the government.
IF! IF I HAD MUSTACHE, I WOULD BE YOUR FATHER! Have some
logic to your arguements and stick to the facts please!
If the root cause of a problem is
not admitted how to run a first-world government?
Political leaders should be more
responsible for mistakes or errors caused by NKF including the
wrongful hoarding of public donations and misuse of donations funds
for golden taps and awards of contracts to cronies?
Evidence of contracts to cronies please? Have any? I will be
kind and not slam you for slander. But others here who are silent
may not be so kind.
Prima Facie evidence of wrong
doings in NKF were court records. So if you want prima facie what
is so difficult to extract them from the court or the parliamentary
sitting on this case.
If political leaders simply push
aside such problems and sue CSJ out of context for slandering over
some other less salient points then they do not have the standing
of moral or upright political leaders?
Out of context?!!!! You read their statements again.
There were no out of context statement but a blatant outright lie
on the mismanagement of our govt, who must respond to clear their
name!
In political defamation suits
against political oppositions, can you avoid referring to remarks
made in the heat of electioneering. Didn't both sides make various
slandering remarks against one another all the time. Are you blind
to see this fact?
If you apply slandering in such a
biased manner denying CSJ of his right of defence on fair comments
and public interest what slandering are you talking
about?
I am talking about outright lies and falsehood, dolt! If
you insist on being blind to the immorality of your idol, i
can't help you. I am not a faithhealer!
The calling of names like
slanderer without giving the accused the chance of defence on
ground of fair comments or public interests is worse than
slandering.
So do not pretend that our rule of
evidence or law of libel is so right or fair.
There is no pretension. It is right and fair. Only your
corrupted moral values disagree with it.
If this is not slandering what
is?
Just look at what has happened to
his values and judgments after Mahathir left office. Can he say his
decisions over many prosecutions of his opponents are right or good
for the country as you are trying to make out in the case of MM vs
CSJ case just heard in court.
Might as well you bring in more famous ones. Want to use
Mugabe, Mao, Stalin, Idi Amin, etc. They are not singaporeans.
Don't use others to support your corrupt moral values!
In view of government frequent use
of selective comparison of their own worth with the best of CEO in
private sector or worse case scenarios in other countries to avoid
accountability for problems, surely I am entitled to quote a
selective comparison once. Mahathir's use of political power to run
down oppositions may well be a good parallel for this
case.
The juries are still out as far as
Singaporeans are concerned. Devan Nair won the case easily against
MM in Canada court and this clearly showed that our courts are not
as fair and just in political defamation suits against political
oppositions back home.
It certainly is out. Out on a picnic. Because the case is
closed and justice served. May CSJ and his sister know better not
to freely slander anyone else. You another one - kiss white men's
butt. Go on and kiss them more. See if you when you are out of job,
they will give you grants or help to put you back on your
feet.
If the jury system is not
abolished for political purpose, perhaps today we will not have so
many political defamation suits against the oppositions.
So what slandering you are talking
about when you use the term. Is it in the sense of Canada or
kangaroo court.
quote]SLANDER AS IN CASTING ASPERSION ON INNOCENTS. Your moral
values are too corrupt to understand the truth in it. The only
kangaroo court there are is when your kind gets power. Then we
citizens will be the ones appearing in your kind of court where
anyone is free to slander against anyone and get away with
it.
Who is innocent or being entitled
to defence based on rule of evidence or laws of civil libel. Who is
being sued or slandered? Pardon me for my asking.
Do not try to appear so right or
righteous if you have this kind of meaning of
slandering.
I dont need to appear righteous or right. The truth is
self evident.
Being self-evident is the rule of
civil evidence in civil libel being overlooked as mentioned - fair
comments and public interest.
For now citizens can judge for
themselves. Conduct a poll and see if they will call such
persecutions is for slandering rule of law or are just dirty
rags.
The only dirty rag i see here are your posts. Support the
slandering of innocents all you want, and hell if i will let
you and your crazy kind roam freely, here or in the real
world
If civil libel is a matter not
overruling all the defence of fair comments as irrelevant then what
kind of civil libel is that?
