I never say homosexual should be banned. I asked, if homosexual
should not be banned, then why should incest be banned? Erm, I
thought this is clear.
I have given u a list of reasons why incest is worse than
homosexual and why it is banned. Now don't push here and there and
list me why should homosexual be banned.
1. Incest is definitely a choice
2. incest give defective children
3. Incest give problem to society since the parents of the children
can teach his children to have sex with them making them willing
sexual partners. They have a direct relationship
Now tell me why should homosexual be banned ? If I am not wrong,
the only reason tat u can come out is having gays means reducing
the number of people who cannot reproduce, and tat is exactly the
same crime as nuns or monks or fathers.
Huh? If incest is like murder and homosexual is like hurting
people, why is incest punished but not homosexual?
I did not elaborate on hurting people. Again hurting people have
different magnitude and different punishment. Look at section 95 of
the penal code. If u look at it more closely, hurting people, if it
is too minor, is consider to be crimeless.
95. Nothing is an offence by
reason that it causes, or that it is intended to cause, or that it
is known to be likely to cause, any harm, if that harm is so slight
that no person of ordinary sense and temper would complain of such
harm.
I never deny that there is a higher probability of having defect
children. However this is not a valid reason to *criminalise*
incest. Or else you should, at the very least, fine people who have
sex with HIV people
Then in tat case, incest is worse than homosexual and they
shouldn't be compared. And I suggested HIV people to have laws to
inform the other people about his diesease.
Even if homosexual is better than incest, is this valid reason
to criminalise incest?

Because I am jealous. Why are homosexual laws dropped but not
incest laws?

You are stating the obvious. In the case of incest, obviously
the consenting adults know it is incest. The risk is obvious. But
if they choose to take the risk, why should we criminalise them? If
the HIV patient and partner decide to take the risk, why should
they be criminalised?
Because they r hurting other people which is their babies. It is
no longer the act between themselves. In tis sense, it is worse off
then homosexual and shound't be compared.
