No disrespect, but how do you woo someone who takes no
initiative and is eternally passive? I think that's a point hpergo
was addressing. Put it this way, I find the idea of courting
someone who takes absolutely no initiative an absolute turn-off(I
mean if you kept a dog, there'd at least be times when he will come
up to you and offer a friendly lick or wags his tail to draw your
attention)...
Since you're a girl, why don't you answer this : do you actually
mean girls are prepared to pass up on a chance of getting
acquainted(I mean the part where you first know the guy, not after
getting to know him as a friend/boyfriend) with someone who is
potentially their lifelong soulmate just because the guy doesn't
make the first move? Do these thoughts ever cross your(as in girls'
in general) mind and is the fear of rejection worth passing up the
chance of finding "The One"?
I can't help but get this impression(in Singapore and many other
parts of Asia, at least) sometimes(make that most times!
) and if that really was the case, then it's obviously
the girl's loss IMO.
