please believe me then.
so without actual quotation of company's name, the employer's name
etc, there is no creditability to anyone who writes qualitatively
and then starts to point finger at the government.
please learn a thing or two from the writer at www.webb-site.com,
he quotes company's name, person's name involved. Because he is
telling the truth, no one can sue him.
if anyone experienced the FT issue, i dont think there is any
problem with privacy to write something like "Company XYZ
dismissed 3 Singaporeans on DD/MM/YYY and 3 months later hired 3
from India or China for their roles with a much lower
salary."
If there is no actual quotation on
sgforums, it goes to show how trivial this FT/local problem
is.
People like to air their greivances anonymously . It provides a
certain security that some random psycho won't look for them in
their workplace.
Can you imagine the implications of someone putting their name out
and their company out ? It doesn't bode well for references nor
does it do it for their future employer who could have a son
lurking in the forums.
Would you give your real name here ? All we know your nickname
Daddy!! . So if you want to start the ball rolling - your
full name , NRIC , address and your workplace
please.
If not , don't start throwing accusations at people who may or may
not have a genuine concern. As far as I am concerned, some
forumners will be affected by the FT/local influx or know someone
who is.
